Jonno is available for face to face maths tutoring on Saturday mornings from 0930 - 1130. If this is of interest to you please reach out. We are located in Lismore, NSW.

Yes, the online maths tutoring provided is one-to-one rather than group learning. During each session, Jonno will break down maths topics into brief teaching segments. This focussed and direct approach helps students stay engaged and retain information, leaving plenty of time for independent practice and application. Experience has shown that Jonno is able to effectively provide one-to-one tutoring to five students per session. However, Jonno currently only allows a maximum number of three one-to-one students per session. Jonno provides individualised attention to each student, and is available throughout the entire maths tutoring lesson.

If the time lost in an online maths tutoring session is greater than 10 minutes, the student may request for the time to be made up either by booking a free extra session or asking for a booked session to go beyond 50 minutes.

You must contact Jonno at least 24 hours before the session begins if you are going to miss a session. You can reschedule the session very easily by logging in to your members area and selecting "My Bookings". All ten sessions should occur within the timeline of a single school term (i.e. assuming 2 weeks holidays you have 12 weeks to complete 10 lessons). If you miss a lesson without notifying us, you will be set an "at home" task through the online learning platform.

Each session is 50 minutes in length.

We are located on the north-eastern edge of Lismore Heights, bordering Goonellabah. It's about a 25-minute drive inland from the popular coastal destination of Byron Bay.

In your welcome pack, you will be sent all you need to get set up before the session begins. You can also book a free 15 minute consultation on Zoom if you would like to ask any questions before your online maths tutoring session begins.

With experience teaching students across the country and even internationally, Jonno specialises in online maths tutoring for New South Wales (NSW) students. As a very rough estimate, $68 per session is currently considered the average cost of online maths tutoring and face-to-face maths tutoring in Australia. This price applies to online maths tutoring also.
